Tell me where you are in the journey so far?
Whatever opened you, a ceremony, a retreat, a practice, a passage of life, the experience was only the opening. What happens next is where life changes.
Tell me what's alive in this moment for you and I'll provide some feedback. I will ask a few questions, the way I would if we were sitting together. At the end you get a map: where you are, what I'm hearing underneath, one thing to do this week, and a question to write on.
The conversation is not stored. If you ask for the journal at the end, I keep your map so I can write to you about it. This is not therapy or medical advice, and I will say so if what you need is more than this.

Coming Home: Week One
Your map is one week's work, drawn for you. Coming Home is the first week of the whole course, carried across whole: five days of teaching and practice, a page for taking honest stock at the end, and room to write all the way through. It is free, and it is yours to keep. Enter your email and I will send it.
When you send this, I keep your map with your email, so what I send you fits where you are. The conversation itself is not kept.
No spam, ever. The journal, and now and then a note from me. Unsubscribe any time.
Almost there: check your inbox to confirm your email, and the journal will be on its way.
Something did not go through. Email me at rich@triplevision.life and I will send the journal personally.
If you want the full eight weeks of this
The map and the journal are drawn from TripleVision Integration, an eight week online course with a community alongside it. Forty four lessons, released a week at a time, ten weeks of guided support from me, and access for life. $250, one payment, with a three week refund window.
Or read what is in the eight weeks first.
This needs more than a map.
What you have just written tells me you need a person today, and a course or a page is the wrong thing for this moment. Please reach someone now.
